Bulletin
The Bulletin is how relay-connected Standard systems stay up to date with other nodes and the master. For Standard Devices, Bulletins are a way to keep information articles up to date.
A bulletin is generated and sent every morning to the nodes connected to the relay.
Generation
Standard will only generate a bulletin if it is set to master-server mode (relay mode). You can set the bulletin generation cadence in the config.conf file.
Standard will check the standard change history log to determine if any Standard records have been updated or created. Standard then creates a list of record IDs that need updating by the connected Standard systems with their associated Standard.
This is sent as a download to the child Standard nodes, and individual Standard node instances will begin downloading and updating the Standard records accordingly.
Controls
There could be sensitive or private Standards on a Standard instance; because of this, Standard uses routes.yaml to select which Standards are to be included in the bulletin.
